I work with people, I work with animals, and I work with the animal companion relationship. Every situation is unique. In a word (or two) this work is intuitive and unfolds organically. It is my sense that our animal companions are here to accept our kindnesses, and to return them many times over, by showing us our human condition in its challenged state, and most certainly in its highest potential.
When called upon to "fix" a 4-legged animal's behavioral issue, we start simply with an at-home visit to assess those involved and the home-space.
What is sometimes revealed is a subtle reflection of a 2-legged family member's unvisited urgings to heal. Sometimes it is a more obvious behavior that is actually being mirrored, in an effort to communicate a challenging personal, relationship or family dynamic. At other times, it is a 'family' dynamic that has become uncomfortable or unmanageable for one, a few, or all of the group and is showing up as a crisis.
The situation will be observed in the quiet of deep listening, intuitive focus, and verbal and non-verbal communication. I will ask about any known health conditions, treated or untreated, which may be contributing to the issue, along with current wellness protocols in place. A followup assessment with recommended support options will be shared, along with any animal communication which has come through. These support options may include: Heart-Touch, Flower Essence Therapy, and Heart-to-Heart sessions for some or all of the group.
An initial at-home visit lasts between 90-120 minutes. The fee for a 90 minute visit, within 15 miles from my home, is $155, and includes the follow-up support plan recommendations. Beyond 15 miles, there is a $1.00 per mile fee, which includes my time and travel costs. For 120 minutes the fee is $200.
